U.S. Ambassador Huntsman on Bilateral Ties
Jon Huntsman, the American ambassador to China, talks about the common orbit of mutual interests between the two countries
(Beijing) - The end of the second annual U.S.-China Strategic and
Economic Dialogue produced a list of "26 Outcomes" – agreements and
understandings on issues ranging from United Nations peacekeeping operations to
energy policy. While this summit may have been a cloud of ink to some, U.S.
ambassador Jon M. Huntsman Jr., said the talks were important for a number of
hot-button subjects.
