Rules on Taxing PE Investment Near, Source Says
(Beijing) – China will soon release policies to clarify tax issues for private equity investment, a source close to the State Administration of Taxation said.
The draft measures apply to all private equities in the form of limited liabilities partnership enterprises. They aim to flesh out previous principle regulations regarding PE management firms' and investors' income taxes, said the source, who declined to be named.
