Qihoo Sues Baidu over Posts Blaming it for iPhone Virus
(Beijing) – Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. has filed a lawsuit against Baidu Inc. saying posts on the search company's website that blamed a virus targeting iPhones on the anti-virus firm had harmed its reputation, a lawyer has said.
The posts on a Baidu bulletin board function said Qihoo was behind a recent virus attack on iPhones, lawyer Fu Tong said at a press conference on November 18. Baidu has refused to delete the posts, he said.
